In EP / 05 of Barefoot Union, we spend time with LA based Entrepreneur, Cole Young. After growing up in Carlsbad, CA, Cole went on to play golf at LMU. After a successful college golf career, Cole stuck around Los Angeles where he began working in the fashion and media space. Somewhere in this story, Cole connected with Stephen and Erica Malbon and was brought on to help launch the rising contemporary golf brand, Malbon Golf. While at Malbon, Cole led as brand director and was able to bring his experiences and unique eye to the brand. In 2019, Cole set off to launch his own brand, Metalwood Studio - a brand that draws inspiration from the golf classics and professional golfers of yesteryear. Metalwood releases limited hats and accessories while also curating equipment and vintage clothing.
