This all sounds really strong and thoughtful. I agree we should be intentional about aligning everything closely with the show, especially if that’s where Will’s head is at.

I like the idea of leading with Lonnie as the foundation—it feels like a clear and compelling way in. The decks sound great, and the balance between pulling key plaids and reworking the polos makes sense. Showing the broader collection on the monitor alongside everything should help tie it all together nicely.

Giving him a moment to take it all in before walking through it is also a smart approach.

I don’t have any major notes—this feels like a solid plan. Happy to review/tweak anything further if needed, but I think you’re in a really good place.
