On EP 12 of Barefoot Union, Conner returns to Laguna Beach to share stories from a sailing expedition across the pacific ocean that was seven years in the making. Conner unpacks what it means to prepare and provision for an adventure and the role relationships play in accomplishing our dreams.

Moved by the beauty in our world - its people, places and cultures - Conner has a deep appreciation for the speed bumps that life puts in our way and what it means to be human.
